I would propose, your students first provide a portfolio related to Fashion & Technology. From that portfolio, we can pick 1 or 2. They can apply here at this link and send us a CV & Portfolio to hello@openstylelab.org.

COSTS & REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE STUDENT - Fashion
Airfare Roundtrip (Korea- NYC) -June 2 boarding and departs August 14= 1,586.86 USD= 1,928,264.99 about 2,000,00 WonHousing - 1,200 per month total for 10 weeks(2 full months and 1/2 the month of August) is approx. 3,000.00 USDTransportation/Food - 2,000.00 for 3 months is suggested.Material Costs & teacher's fee = 5,000 USDApplication Fee- (If chosen) 200.00 USD
Total estimate: $12,000.00 USD
Other Requirements for the participation (English Score, Portfolio, Personal Essay, etc)
- IELTS Score= band of 6.5 or higher
- TOFEL = 110/120 or higher
- Portfolio requirement of 3-5 pieces that demonstrate fashion tech
- The same fill-out questionnaire
form online for other Designer applications as I've mentioned above. They can go here: http://www.openstylelab. com/apply-2016/ and choose "Designer" - Speaking and writing is most important - We will have an interview after portfolio review
3. Acceptance Procedures (Registration - Apply - Filtering Process - Interviewing - Issuing of Acceptance Letter and so forth)

- Interview via skype
- Send acceptance letter with OSL mark for official approval.
- Will send instructions on who to contact, where to stay, where to come by Friday June 2nd (MIT IDC)
* The fashion students that have applied so far are some of the best and mostly recommended from CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America). The engineering students will be mostly from MIT.
